The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape. We were impressed with the attention to detail in the room decor, creating a romantic ambiance. the hotel's prime location allowed us to easily access key attractions and shopping centers nearby. We loved being able to explore the city without any hassles. Lastly, the hotel staff were friendly, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

We were disappointed with the limited dining options available at the hotel. It would have been nice to have more variety, especially for a romantic dinner.

The exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the Spa and wellness center where we enjoyed a revitalizing massage and body wrap. the poolside snack bar was perfect for a mid-day drink and the Restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a big shopping centre called Terminal 21 just a stone's throw away. It was also very close to the Nana BTS station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet at Voila restaurant was delicious. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the swimming pool on the 9th floor.

The check-in process was a bit slow and there was a lack of staff available to help with luggage.

The rooftop bar, Belga, provided a cozy atmosphere for enjoying a drink with friends. The staff were professional and friendly, making my stay more fun. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Bangkok.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Nana BTS station and right at the airport. It is also conveniently located by Terminal 21 and the Viola restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well maintained, with complimentary Hermes toiletries and deep soaking bathtubs. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options. The view from the hotel is also enjoyable.

the exclusive amenities provided were simply amazing. We were thrilled to indulge in the Spa & wellness centre, where we had the most relaxing massage. the outdoor swimming pool with views overlooking the city was breathtaking. We were impressed by the restaurant's delicious buffet breakfast spread which had everything we could wish for.

Although our experience was amazing, there was one minor issue - the service could have been better. the staff was not as attentive as expected and we felt like we had to wait for assistance.
